Drip cake workshop

A practical workshop where you learn how to make and decorate a layered cake covered with buttercream and dripping ganache. I will explain about tall cakes and how to make them. I will demonstrate how to make the cream, cover the cake, how to make meringue decorations, how to drizzle ganache and decorate the cake. In the practical part, you coat the cake, drizzle ganache and decorate. Each guest leaves with the cake he created!
